Terms and conditions – Vildsund Camping [[####][][####]] Booking and payment Accommodation is generally paid upon departure. At the same time, payment is made for additional persons and any additional services. In special periods and for very long stays, the campsite may charge an advance payment or deposit.[[####][][####]]

As soon as we receive your reservation, Vildsund Camping will send you a confirmation by email. If you do not receive an email with your reservation confirmation, please check your spam filter or junk mail. Contact us by phone if you do not receive the confirmation.

[[####][][####]] Check your booking confirmation! When you receive your booking confirmation, it is your responsibility to check that the selected period and unit are correct.[[####][][####]] Cancellation rules As a rule, a booking can be cancelled with valid reason, up to the time of arrival. However, there may be special rules in certain periods (such as week 30 – Vildsund Market).[[####][][####]] Dogs Dogs are welcome on the site, but must be kept on a short leash at all times on the campsite area. Remember to remove dog poop immediately if an “accident” occurs. You can walk your dog on the beach, approx. 200 meters from the campsite.[[####][][####]] Stay on the site Please be considerate of other camping guests and be aware of nighttime quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. Please also note the speed limit and rules regarding chain at the entrance (rules are posted at the entrance).[[####][][####]]

The rules at the campsite are written with the desire for harmonious coexistence and are set by the campsite manager. Instructions from the camp manager and his deputies must always be followed - otherwise you may be expelled without refund of payment.

[[####][][####]] Arrival and departure Vildsund Camping cannot be held responsible for the availability of a rental. If you cannot reach the site on time due to transport problems (e.g. due to cancelled flights/trains, car accidents, traffic, border closures, etc.), no compensation will be paid. Specific sites and accommodation cannot always be guaranteed, but we do our best to fulfill your choice. Once you have started your holiday with us, the booked time is binding and can only be transferred to others by special agreement.[[####][][####]] Cabins: Arrival from 15:00. Departure no later than 11:00. Camping: Arrival from 14:00. Departure no later than 12:00.[[####][][####]] Day guests Visitors are welcome at the campsite for a fee (please see the price list for details). Visitors must check in at the reception before entering the campsite area. The host of the campsite is responsible for his guests during their visit. If guests wish to stay on the site after 11:00 p.m., an overnight stay fee will be charged.[[####][][####]] Smoking Policy Smoking is not allowed in any of our cabins. The same applies to e-cigarettes. Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee of at least DKK 1,000.[[####][][####]]

Smoking in general: Please be considerate in outdoor public areas and always place cigarette butts in the trash cans provided. Smoking is not permitted in indoor public areas. The same applies to e-cigarettes.

[[####][][####]] Guest Responsibilities Tenants who rent our cabins are fully liable for the contents during their stay. Damage to the contents and missing contents due to the tenant will be paid upon check-out. The tenant named on the rental agreement is also responsible for damages caused by other guests in the rental. The cabins are not allowed to sleep more guests than the number stated on the reservation. There must be at least one guest over the age of 18 who is responsible for the entire stay.[[####][][####]]

Cabins and must be cleaned at the end of the stay according to the campsite's instructions. Any lack of cleaning will be charged at DKK 250.

Complaint

• Vildsund Camping will do everything to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. Should any problems arise, please contact the reception.
• Vildsund Camping cannot be held responsible for the presence of animals and insects, as the campsite is located in a rural area.
• Complaints after returning home must be received by us no later than 7 days after departure. Please write to info@vildsundcamping.dk .
• In the event of a disagreement, legal action can be brought before the Court of Holstebro under Danish law.

Prices and discounts Vildsund Camping's prices are adjusted continuously. Please see our website for current prices. We reserve the right to cancel a rental contract that contains typos and/or printing errors. Discounts cannot be combined. Privacy policy We always only store the information about our guests that is necessary, and information is never passed on to third parties. Force Majeure and similar If the implementation of the rental agreement is not possible - or is made significantly more difficult - as a result of force majeure or circumstances that can be equated with this, including but not limited to: War, riots, state of emergency, natural disasters, pandemics, unusual weather conditions, border closures, traffic restrictions, strikes, lockouts and similar, which could not be foreseen when the rental agreement was concluded, Vildsund Camping is entitled to cancel the rental agreement as we cannot be held liable in the aforementioned cases.

In such cases, Vildsund Camping is obliged to notify the tenant as soon as possible.
